VACUUM HEAT TREATING
Dolphin's Heat Treat department is NADCAP accredited; having in-house Heat Treat shortens lead times and costs associated with outside heat treat processing.
We offer Aging, Annealing, Quenching, and Thermo Stress Relieving. Our furnaces accommodate up to 7500 lbs. for steel alloys and up to 750 lbs. for aluminum.
CHEMICAL & MECHANICAL TESTING
We offer a variety of chemical and mechanical testing services to streamline the casting process and eliminate unnecessary outside subcontracting.
